We want every homeowner who reaches Wolftraditional Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You may contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, start by talking to the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Wolftraditional Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was used, you can also contact the agency in California that oversees pest control.
Email contact@wolftraditional.property. Please include:
We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may mean we reach out to the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
